Damla Yılmaz

She began her ballet education at Private Nilay Ballet Course at the age of 4. After completing 8 years of Foundation Level training followed by 4 years of Advanced Level Grade 8 training, she earned the Ministry of National Education Certificate with the highest distinction. In parallel with her education, she also received certificates with high achievements from the “Vaganova Education System” examinations, which served as her second certificate program.

She completed her pedagogical formation training at New Bulgarian University and received her Foundation and Advanced Level Instructor Certificate. In 2019, she participated as a dancer in the Sixth International Dance Competition for Children and Adolescents “Little Stars” in Sofia.

In 2024, she attended ballet classes by Cem Ertekin and also took part in Cem Ertekin’s work “Rüzgarın Savurdukları,” staged under the umbrella of Akbank Sanat. At Nilay Ballet School, she danced in productions including Le Corsaire, Coppélia, The Sleeping Beauty, Giselle, The Nutcracker, and Les Sylphides.

In 2024, she began working as an instructor at Private Nilay Ballet Course.
